Breeze B&B

The Breeze is located literally within yards of the pier,fabulous restaurants,pubs,shops and the beach. Run by Mark and Fiona,a lovely couple,the Breeze is very well presented and kept immaculate. Breakfast was superb and caters for all tastes. Our room was very comfortable with all we required and the new double glazing meant we had a sound sleep. A wonderful place to stay and highly recommended. We will definitely return soon👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Excellent location - for those who do not know Llandudno Church Walks is the same street as the Tram stop for the Great Orme, less than 5 minutes and you can reach the front (main beach), Pier, Town Centre etc. Excellent room, spacious, modern but not OTT decor. Clean and comfortable beds, furniture. TV in room, tea & coffee facilities etc Welcoming hosts Excellent food

Parking is difficult, breakfast portions very small. Tiny shower cubicle (but to be expected in guest house/b 'n' b type accommodation). Noise from bedrooms above (can hear toilet flushing above for example, floorboards creaking) - however this is to be expected as an older property
