"Superb"

Clean hotel, nice view, stylish room and bathroom. This newly refurbished and re-opened hotel is very good and offers amazing value for money, certainly in the laughing period.

The personal should learn to be a bit more friendly, smiley, and stop looking all the time at their mobile phone or giving false information about the check-out time.

"Nice place"

Lovely room with nice beds. Very comfortable and clean.

The room is listed with a balcony, and it does have one, but you have to climb out the window. There is no door. The area is quite quiet and dull apart from the Bay cruises. We left two days early because there was nothing else to do in the area. Not the fault of the homestay.

Nice room and view

They are lie about free breakfast and it’s impossible to prove the staff of the hotel that breakfast is included. I had very unpleasant experience of the conversation with boy from reception about the breakfast. And when we were checking out he finally has looked at our reservation and noticed that the reservation was with breakfast and made a discount for 1.5$ for 6 missed breakfast. Laughing at us. It was like a joke

"Great stay in Halong Bay port."

There is a great view from the room, a very convenient and comfortable location for visiting Ha Long Bay on a boat. Nice personal and quiet room.

Breakfast could be included.
