Location, bed and view were great.

The residents below were soooo noisy yelling g playing games until midnight and I needed an early nights sleep. It was like they were in my too . Walls are paper thin

The host is very friendly and helpful (in particular helped us a lot after we had checked out to find a bus to Hue after ours had been cancelled, and drove us off the island to catch it). The room was very spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds. The bathroom had an excellent shower and everything else that you could need. We had a really nice stay here.

The air con had a mind of its own a bit, and was difficult to use. Maybe it just needs fixing.

Good location, beautiful view, friendly and helpful hosts. The bed was very comfortable and the a/c was very powerful.

It was a little noisy, but not loud enough to disturb your sleep. This is due to ships/plane closeby and other guests talking loud.

Pin khi was delightful and hard working. The room and shower was great. The view from the harbour is beautiful. You can hire electric bikes and the location for the ferry and cruises was perfect. The place looks new and well cared for. We had to go to the village to find a pharmacy and Pinkhi offered free use of the bikes. She was so kind and helpful. Did not speak very good English but used Google translate to communicate so she helped with everything we needed. A memorable experience in Halong Bay.

The electricity goes out periodically in the area with no warning which was only a problem on one night after a massive thunder storm when we had no power for the air con and fan. This is no fault of the property. One time I was worried about using the elevator because the power went out just as we were leaving to go outside. We were lucky to not be using the elevator. The area is a little weird and interesting to walk around because some surrounding buildings were empty and in disrepair. Again no fault of the host.The only reason it's not scored 10 is the electricity.

The stay was clean, beautiful views, and very friendly and easy going staff. I had no issues and would absolutely look to stay here again. I would highly recommend this to all.

We stayed 2 nights here and it was great ! There isn't much to do on the island but the hotel was incredible and the hosts were adorable ! Would definitely recommend for a short stay near Ha Long Bay !
