"Lovely views but lazy staff"

Location and view

Room wasn’t serviced for four days. Rubbish not picked up in cafe. Staff spoke no English and were on their phones all the time. No Pride taken in their work.

Homestay within walking distance from the ferry dock. Our room was very clean with great view of the port and sea. The staff is extremely friendly and is ready to help with any questions. Highly recommended 👍 in the photos you can find one furry staff member

Fantastic hotel located next to the Boats to go for a Day Cruise / Cruises or the Seaplane lounge from Tuấn Chau Ha Long baie. The room is cleaned, wide and the view is astonishing from the Windows of the room. The personnel is very friendly. I would recommend 100% this hotel. There are also a few shops and restaurants around!

I would suggest to remove the generic text while Booking - asking for guests to close the outdoor door at night. This creates confusion and There is a risk of people coming back after 11pm and get stucked outside - which could be an issue.
