A brand new, modern apartment with clean facilities and it was very peaceful and quiet. An ideal location to all attractions around Auckland including the Wintergarden and within walking distance of food, restaurants and a Woolies. The recommendation to visit Mount Eden lookout by the hosts was a real bonus. We would thoroughly recommend.

We couldn’t manage to get the TV working.

"Not what I expected and a let down."

It was spacious in a quiet location near to shops and restaurants and close to the airport. The shower and kitchen were nice

After reading the reviews, this was not what I expected. It didn’t look like the pictures of a fresh and modern unit. A lot of ware and tare on the furniture, stains and not so clean. There was a very unpleasant oder in the place and what bothers me the most is that they conveniently don’t meantion things like it is underneath the house of a family with children bouncing up and down. And I specifically asked if I could park next to the apartment so we could unload but it’s not the case. Yes you can park on the “driveway” but it’s up at the main house and you can barely open the doors of the car to get out! Then you have to haul all your heavy luggage down a gravel path. We’ve stayed in over 50 places the last months and they specifically showed with pictures and mentioned the situation (for instance: 2 flights of stairs or up a steep long driveway) so you know what you book and if it’s the right situation for you. Just be honest about it.
