"Very nice, but needs a heatpump."

Amazing location, very handy to Eden Park and nearby cafes/eateries etc. The Unit itself is beautiful, very modern and clean.

No Heatpump/air conditioning so we found it quite cold. There were small oil fin heaters but they weren't strong enough to really heat the unit properly.

Location friendly hosts

No air conditioning so cold and smoke alarm kept going of even though we were not cooking . Also driveway not complete so gravel half way
