Location and tidiness

Beautiful place and also the family who owns it! Just be aware that there's a part that goes down (I was with a child and a elderly person, and they both could do it) Nice and quiet neighbours with plenty going on just around the corner

Great stay, ideal location, clean, only downside was the smaller bed in second bedroom wasn’t the best very uncomfortable and bouncy spring bed.

The house was in a good location, clean, and had everything we needed. The WiFi was variable, cutting out at times.

Quiet location. Spacious. Comfortable beds. Great shower. Hosts were very friendly. Loved the dishwasher in a drawer. Never seen one before!

Dusty in places that are easy to miss (towel rails, door hinges) but overall very clean. Kitchen and shower room imaculate.

Thought the access was a bit difficult - steep/ rough specially when raining. Needs better signage - difficult to see at night

The hosts showed attention to detail, it was furnished nicely, with clean fresh linen and towels nice hand washes and shower gel. They left milk for us. The property was comfortable and I would definitely stay again

It was a little difficult to find but again the hosts were on hand to offer guidance so it was not a problem.

The host is very kind. The beds are comfortable.

Great central location. A homely, comfortable and private space, under a family home, with a friendly host. Loved the shower, and the beds were comfortable. Having off street parking was good too.

Overall, a lovely little space. However, there was a strong cat smell coming from the lounge suite that filled the living area. Our accompanying friend is allergic to cats so wasn't pleasant for them. Little touches like tea towels, dish clothes and a fan or two would've been nice as well, as it got quite stuffy in the rooms. Set under a family home so might be a little noisy for those who want solitude but something we are used to so not much of a bother. Certainly has potential to be a city oasis away from home.
