Lovely location, spacious appartment and super easy to find. We had a massive issue with our original apartment in Bath and ended up having to book this one very last min. Certainly good value for money.

Only recommendation I would make is to make sure the house is ready for at least 4 people even if not booked. We booked last min for 5 people and we had no towels and no linen for the 5th person. However, the team was accommodating and provided what they could last minute. Also, it would be great to have some soap to wash the dishes and some kitchen towels to dry it.

Location was great, so central.

Not enough cutlery, not enough towels, no tea towels, downstairs shower not working, no bed made up for the seven year old. We found a mattress in the corridor and used that.

Key working was not at all smooth. We had to struggle a lot to open the lock.

Booking.com site mentioned last room available. Didn't mention it was on top floor. Last staircase was very difficult to carry luggage and to climb for 87 yr old lady in our family.
