It was in a central location, clean and the beds were comfortable.

10am check out on the Sunday Shower head needs cleaning/ descaling. The water pressure is light (old building/ top floor) and this doesn’t help. It was a challenge to dry my hair and do my makeup in front of a well lit mirror. Not sure why the second bedroom had a high table and chairs which are basically unusable. Would be more beneficial to have a dresser and chairs which in front of the window. The message from the owner was generic and this led to others taking the key to the flat meaning we ended up in theirs. Unnecessary with a personal message.

The location of the property was great. Very central and within easy walking distance of the town centre. There were a few car parks within easy reach too.

Firstly, and most importantly, this apartment is up 5 flights of stairs, the last being very steep and narrow. This should be made clear in the advert as was totally unsuitable for my 80 year old mum. And to be honest with a small case it was a struggle for me too 😬. The kitchen facilities were very limited with some basics missing like a washing up bowl, dishcloth and chopping board. We had to wash all crockery before we used it. The kitchen, lounge/dining area was very cramped and not really suitable for more than 2 people. The bedrooms were a decent size but we were confused about the tall table and stools in both bedrooms. We feel these would have been better replaced with some sort of storage of which there was none. The bedside shelves in the twin bedroom were very unstable. There are no numbers on the doors so was difficult to work out which apartment was ours…apologies to any residents whose door we tried to put our key in 🫣. The main door of our apartment was not very secure and when we came down this morning the front door of the building was wide open and we could not close it when we left. The shared hallway, stairs are very dirty and worn. Although the price was reasonable for Bath, unfortunately the apartment was not worth what we paid for it, in our opinion. Not quite the “treat” we had hoped for as a birthday surprise. On a positive note, great location and the bathroom was a good size (could do with labelling the toiletries in the shower so you know what you’re using).

We used the flat for my son's winter graduation, and it was a great experience. The location is very good, about 5 m walking from the cathedral, there is a paid car park at the back of the building that we used when at at Bath. The flat is nice, cosy, and quiet with comfy beds and lovely heated. The kitchen had everything that we needed and all the flat was very clean. Communication with the team was easy as well. Strongly recommend.

The house was very beautiful and loved it..The love affair was over very quickly.

Most important The property was in the basement which was not mentioned anywhere.. 1. Their was cold air coming constantly from the kitchen window. Also we spent most of our time there cooking and having meals...we've all got fever. 2. The kitchen had an induction cooktop , but the vessels are not induction friendly.. How unthoughtful of the owner. 3. The kitchen was not equipped enough..no eating bowls..serving spoons..kitchen napkin..etc. making it very uncomfortable. 4 The tv in the living room was not working. Although Benji gave us a replacement late in the evening..but that was also not working.. 5 The table in the living room had a leg missing..it just collapsed when I tried using it. 6 The toilet next to master bedroom had no toiletries except a hand wash.ie no body wash,shampoo and conditioner. 7. Only washing machine..no dryer..how is it possible to travel ahead with wet clothes.. For an airbnb it is very important..spent half the night trying to dry the clothes on various heaters.. 8. The 2nd room in the basement was like a servant room.. with 3 single beds kept stuffed next to each other with no leg space..and no decor.. We were traveling since 2 weeks..and booked this very expensive property thinking that we would enjoy and have a good time..watch TV..and bond.. Here we were just running behind utilities and trying to make our stay comfortable with futile attempt.. Will never recommend this property to anyone.. It stole the happiness of our entire trip.
