The beds were comfortable

The property is at best Student accommodation, not recommended for families. There was a strong fusty odour as soon as walked through the door. Nothing seemed to be finished off properly, carpets, flooring in the bathroom and the steps to the kitchen. I wouldn't recommend unfortunately 😕

It was comfortable, very central. Easy to get to other places to visit.

The neighbourhood, we wouldn't have chose here if we'd known. Workmen starting at 7.30. One thing in the cottage, it needs a better shower.

"spacious, quiet but not the high standard sunderland stays claim to offer."

Good sized accommodation. Close to theatre where I was working.

There were coffee/tea stains on sofa, dirty marks on the rug and paint coming off walls. The bathroom is downstairs next to kitchen. It was clean. Outside in back garden, there was litter, weeds and a flower pot full of cigarette ends! Felt a bit "studenty"
