Lovely little property perfect for getting to town or going to the football

We had business at the University of Sunderland and we were right there. The metro and train station were very close making moving around very easy, even among the two campuses. We used the metro for our airport transport with no problems. The location was extremely quiet with plenty of minimarts around the neighbourhood for supplies.

The cottage has very steap stairs to the attic master bedroom. This was an issue if needing to use the bathroom at night, as this is located on the other end of the property.

Spacious.. clean.. had everything you needed. The staff very accommodating , enjoyed it that much we stayed a few more extra days and didn’t want to leave.

Great communication by the host and they responded to a request which really helped our weekend stay. Spacious, clean, well furnished and great for the metro link. Fantastic value

Great location very close to the city centre. We visited for family reasons and it was a perfect location for us. Great to have a communal lounge where we could all relax together, which you don't get in a hotel. Also, great to have a fully equipped kitchen where we could make breakfast and snacks. I thought it was great value for money.
