Уютный, современный отель. У нас был комфортный номер с видом на море. Отличные завтраки в ресторане. Аквапарк и зоопарк гости отеля могут посещать бесплатно. Приятный бонус. Понравился пляж возле отеля, чистое море. Профессиональный и приветливый персонал, быстро решают возникающие вопросы. Только один нюанс, это расположение отеля. Вдали от городской суеты) Однозначно, отель рекомендую!

Schönes Hotel mit schöner Ausstattung, Lage. Super Pool Nur EIN Mitarbeiter war durchgehend am Arbeiten und zu 100% um die Gäste bemüht: Tran Trinh Dieser Mitarbeiter macht mehr als alle anderen zusammen !!

Liegen werden um 06:30 morgens schon von den russischen Gästen reserviert ( Pool und Strand). Frühstück einseitig und Qualität mittelmässig. Der Kaffee völlig überzuckert. Cafe Sur Da an der Theke bestellen ist kostenpflichtig ( Abzocke) Service lächelt eigentlich nie

"Over priced and underwhelming"

Rooms were nice That was the only highlight

The food was inedible and extremely expensive and over priced food, drinks and laundry. Staff extremely rude and dismissive. Not worth the 5 stars.

"Great and beautiful property"

Absolute jam of a property, amazing greenery, great gym, pool and beach. Rooms were super clean and spacious.

Staff do not really speak English, so it’s a bit hard to communicate. Sea view room might be a bit noisy due to winds so to us a garden view room was better. We would appreciate f&b services to work a bit quicker as normally it took a very long time for our order to arrive to pool bar and often it was cold. Breakfast selection could also be a bit wider or charge more often. But! Regardless it all it was amazing stay.
