"Perfect little night's stay."

Lovely cosy, clean house, perfect for a night away with the kids, less than 10mins walk to York city centre! Bea was absolutely lovely, perfect host and very quick to respond to messages. Lovely little touches with prosecco and chocolates. Would highly recommend and will most definitely be returning.

The property was in excellent distance close by the city centre. The property was beautifully decorated and clean. The extras that were provided were a beautiful, thoughtful touch that really exceeded our expectations.

The only things I would negatively comment on would be the comfort of the main front bed. It was rigid and stiff. Lovely and big and comfy bedding but a hard mattress. As well as the distance of the toilet from the bedrooms, especially if you had children or bladder issues.
