Lovely city town house with free parking sleeps 2 to 6 guests

We found the house very comfortable, it had everything we needed for a short break. It’s a short walk from the centre of York.

Location was great, about 10mins walk from the city centre. Car parking out side the house with a residents parking permit provided from the host. Property was very clean and had all the facilities you would need for a short stay. Only two of us stopped the property, but there is lost of room for a larger family or friends. The house is lovely and warm and heats up really quickly so will be no problem for those winter months. Everything is labelled and great comms from the host, so you'll not need worry about anything when you are there. Also just to note while is says Pet Friendly the house is very clean and has no dog smell so dont worry if your not a pet lover. (we dont have pets ourselves) Would have given thus an 8 if the bathroom was upstairs.. But dont let the 7 put you off this is a great property and I would defo re-book.

The only minor issue was the bathroom is down stairs which wasnt that bad for our short stay.

Bathroom too far from bedrooms 😬 Elderly Mother could not climb the steep stairs .. But thanks to Lounge were able to let her sleep there

Lovely home, well equipped. Great location on a nice quiet street with parking. Only a 10 minute walk into York town centre. The host is very very helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend and hopefully be back in the future 😊
