From the moment we stepped through the door I was blown away. The property was clean, Beatrice had left alexa playing music, she had left us a bottle of prosecco & glasses set out, she left all the necessities; milk, biscuits, tea, coffee sugar & so much more than you would expect! The house was very clean with ample space. The bathroom also very clean. It is a 5 minute walk into york centre so in the perfect location! Parking is on street but straight outside the door & for an extra small fee we could bring & park another car. We had an amazing stay and we have already booked to come back next October! Thank you so much for being the perfect hostess!!

Bea is a fantastic host, really easy to deal with, and great communication. The house is clean and well kept. Very comfortable and everything well thought out, even down to odd little things that people may have forgotten to bring with them.

Fabulous location being just a few minutes walk into the city centre. Very clean and had everything you would need for a few days stay with very comfortable beds. We wish we’d stayed longer. The host Bea was amazing being there at the end of the phone should you need her.

There was nothing we didn’t like

Very nice and clean, was perfect for us and our 1 year old daughter. Great location as it was just a short walk from the city centre.

Lovely house with everything you could need for a short stay. Excellent location to explore York on foot and surrounding areas by car. Great communication with the host- Beatrice was really helpful.

The water heater made quite a lot of noise during the night.
