Everything the ease of booking, help from the staff, even the fan in the room absolutely loved our stay ! the room was so lovely and bed was super comfy also, brilliant layout and didpite being on a busy road could barely hear the traffic even with windows open xx

Convenient location to ferry terminal. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Breakfast was not included, but we found a nice place called Santos nearby that did a lovely breakfast.

The carpet was all stained and dirty. The toiletries were in big bottles to enable refilling however, they were all at very low levels. All windows should have a blind.

Everything seemed new and clean. Quiet location. Shower was hot and powerful. Double bed was huge!

It was a hot night, the fan was not making a great deal of impact. Window in room 5 opened from the bottom which felt less secure than a window which opened at the top.

The bed was comfortable.

The TV didn't work. It's all done on your own personal phone apps. Contacting staff was not helpful. It had to be done by texting or on the phone. If you dont have a UK phone or some international account its pretty hard to communicate. There is no human contact. No one to greet you or answer any questions. It was a fair walk to the shops which are kinda run down. The stair case is very narrow and steep so if you have any mobility issues I wouldn't recommend it. It's quite a walk to the bus stop.
