Cosy Motel Studio Apartment in Central City-up to 2 beds

The unit was perfect, well stocked, short of nothing and very clean, with extra towels, blankets and very warm. We were very comfortable and bed was super comfy. Well located with bus routes just a short walk away.

Kitchen wasn’t very user friendly and the lighting was terrible and sometimes the main light in the room wouldn’t work.

Every was perfect and super clean. The bed was very comfy and kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. When I come back to Christchurch I will stay here again!

Nothing, everything was great.

I stayed with grandchildren and we liked that we could get to Margaret Mahy playground walking - took 10 minutes. Much easier than taking the car. We also enjoyed having Subways literally on the back door step.

It would have been nice to have been told of the 24 hour roadworks going on straight outside the property and the building happening across the road. Not much sleep was gotten here. Glad I had only booked the two nights. I would also have appreciated if there had been at least a small carton of milk in the fridge. We arrived very late and then went out to try and find somewhere to purchase some milk. Found nowhere to purchase any. Some sort of directions/map to a local petrol station etc would be handy. Felt like we were staying in someone's house with shoes etc. there

It was an awesome property

The studio is very nice decorated and well located, very close to the city center. Sharon was very helpful and allowed us to stay a bit longer the check out day. I would definitely recommend

Many personal items left by hosts made you feel like you were invading there personal space

Accessible and easy to find. Big car park. Affordable. Complete amenities.
