PROS: - very convenient location - room is exactly as pictured, cute and cosy, bed was comfy (also smelt nice!) - Sharon was very helpful (from buses to restaurants), I requested normal milk which she dropped off same day, also flexible with check in and out times

CONS: - I understand room is privately owned, but it IS in a motel building and you are with motel guests, some of whom can get a bit rowdy at the weekend (I was a bit surprised when I arrived as the word motel is strategically left out of the ad.) - the motel's wifi is pretty choppy - hot water pressure is not great
