Cosy Motel Studio Apartment in Central City-up to 2 beds

Location is great. The apartment has all you need for few days stay. Free parking on site. Large room.

The apartment is located within larger motel which is bit older. Due to it public areas are bit more run down, no soundproofing as such so environment is somehow noisy.

Very good location. Liked the tea and coffee etc.

The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable and really needs replacing as it's all springs. Everything else was fine.

A perfectly cute and well maintained little flat . Perfect for short stay.

Nothing at all to not like.

The location

The photographs on the website make it look much nicer than it actually is. Its all very old and smelt strange. Bedding was old and I had a hair in my bed that definitely wasn’t mine. The kids slept on the pull out bed which was really uncomfortable.

Not clean. Bathroom and kitchen especially dirty. Dirty dishes in cupboard and grime on appliances. The shower was mouldy and dirty. It had not had a good clean in some time.

First of all I would like to thank the hosts for having the sofa bed all made up for our late arrival, with arriving at 10:30 at night, after 15 hours of travel including driving and a ferry this was very much appreciated. The apartment had all that we needed for our stay and is in the perfect spot to walk around the city of Christchurch. The main bed is comfortable and the place is cosy and clean. Great communication from the host leading up to our stay. Oh and great on site parking.
