We had enough rooms for the family, the apartment had a lot of kitchen utensils - we typically love to cook. The facility owners were very engaging, and we had detailed instructions at every stage - pre-check in, during and after.

I wish the illumination in the apartment can be brighter. But perhaps it's the way it is in Philly - saw same in another apartment. An apartment close by was blasting music so loudly. We had to endure till 10pm when it becomes an offence to do so. I rented a car. Was nervous about parking on the streets. But everything turned out quite right. It was not a problem after all.

The cons: Not very safe - the apartment door only had a push button lock (like in a bath room). No deadbolt or chain. We had to quickly order a hotel room lock from target. Not very private / very bright in the mornings. The entire back wall of the apartment are floor to ceiling windows that face the air shaft and the hallway on the other side of the building. The only window coverings are sheer so anyone in the building hall can look in. And there is no way to keep the morning sun out. This includes the large window in the back bedroom. The front bedroom has 2 glass windows along the tops of the walls - also letting in lots of light. This particular apartment didn’t have neighbors on either side and was on the top floor which kept the noise down, but you could hear everything from the hallway. Cleanliness was hit or miss - the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean, but the walls, ceiling, and carpets in the bedrooms need major updating and cleaning. The apartment was also heavily scented with air freshener or laundry detergent which is a problem for people with sensitivities to scents. We had to wash all the towels again before using them to reduce the smell. No parking with the rental - only street parking or a paid lot. Street parking is not bad unless it is after 9pm Keep in mind that each of these units is owned by a different person so they might be different inside.

Great location, modern facilities and access to games room/gym. Spacious appartment, well kept.

Appartamento adatto a nuclei numerosi, ampi spazi e letti comodi. Palestra ampia e ben fornita

Perdite idrauliche, alcuni infissi danneggiati. Immobile impostato per uffici trasformato in alloggio, alcune stanze dallo sulla strada con pareti vetrate non completamente oscurabili e non insonorizzate. Sconsigliata per chi ha problemi di sonno. ATTENZIONE!! Il parcheggio non è disponibile seppur contemplato nella prenotazione. Difficoltà nel trovare altro parcheggio (in strada) in un quartiere poco illuminato e fatiscente. Parcheggio custodito più vicino a 4 km.

The apartment was comfortable and spotless. It was a short Uber ride to China Town and all main attractions.

Music in the bar below was very loud till 11 pm (the landlord kindly provided a big stash of ear plugs). Also locals warned us not to walk around after dark.

Property was clean, easily accessible, 1 car included parking across the street, great communication with the property manager. So many wonderful restaurants nearby! Would definitely go back to Tiffin on Fairmont Ave and Casablanca Mediterranean Grill!

It was very clean and spacious. It was exactly what I expected from the pictures.
