Limited parking when there is a whole parking lot closed off right in front of the building.

The parking was not ad expected

The closeness to the tour sites was a good value. The rooms were spacious and airy. In addition to the rooms was very comfortable for all four of us. Very quite and friendly.

To get to the parking lot was very frustrating although it was across the street from the Civic, you had to drive several blocks to get to the entrance of the lot which took over 5 minutes, when they simply could have made the entrance right across the street. Also the lot was not paved, lack of lighting and to walk out of the lot we had to walk through over grown weeds. In addition to I could not understand, with an empty lot right on the premises that could be used for parking, but no one knew why it could not be used. Another issue although the rooms were clean, we did see two bugs in bedroom & bathroom and one dead bug by the elevator that was there during our entire stay.
