Large 3BR Apts & Studios, Gym, Game Room

Loved the location, cleanliness, ease of booking. It was safe, quiet, and had everything we needed for our stay. We saw the city, caught the Phillies game, took a day trip to DC from the train station, and got some cheesesteaks from Pat's. The parking was very convenient, and we would absolutely stay here again.

First bedroom had a window up high that let in light from the living room television. Kinda distracting, but not terrible at all.

The master bedroom was very accommodating and spacious I mean what woman doesn’t love her own bathroom

Apartment was clean, well equipped, and as expected. Not many people around the building, very quiet. Parking convenient. Decent area. Restaurant under building is amazing 10/10

Gym was pretty dirty, some equipment broken. Game room dirty and some items broken

Nothing at all!

Absolutely dirty. The place looked like it hadn’t been dusted for months. The washing machine was leaking and the water coming up under the floor boards. It smelled bad around the entrance because of the water leak. The only thing that was clean were the bedding and bathrooms…fortunately. We would have checked out if we could but unfortunately due tot he time of year most hotels were booked and those available were exorbitantly expensive. The tables and sofas are stained and dirty . The glass table was streaked with dirt. We had to was it ourselves. Parking is available but they charge you extra. When I complained they refunded me $50 for the inconvenience. What a joke. This should not be on Booking.com

The property was so nice and modern, 2 kings beds, and more than enough space for everyone! We had a party of 5 and it was perfect for everyone to spread out. Loved that the entrance is not on the street particularly too
