"Horrible experience"

We were given the wrong code to unlock door which then left us stranded all night. Horrible experience

I didn't like being left to stand around for ages especially being freezing cold stood out side during early hours of the morning!

"The worst apartments I ever stayed"

The worst place to stay with family. No microwave, no cooking pots No kettle. Everything is dirty Only one of four chairs and the same onr broken No wi fi No response from staff Shower broken Sink doesn't flush down water Condoms empty packages behind the bed Heating doesn't work in the bathroom On the last night was staying around 30 teenagers In another apartments, they have loud music, and fighting, my kids get scared 😱. Never ever I'm not gonna come back to this place
