Die uns zugewiesene Wohnung konnten wir nicht öffnen, das hier bezieht sich auf die Ersatzwohnung: keine Handtücher, kein Besteck in der Küche, kein Toilettenpapier. Eine Dusche war kaputt.

I had to go buy toilet rolls is there was barely any, chairs seats were coming off.

There is no microwave and many utensils are missing in the kitchen.

No service. Took 5 hours of trying to get in as code was not working (apparently a fault on the system) and i could not get in properly when we come back. Tried to call, emails, text,voicemail and even contacted police as no one was responding.

Nothing at all

I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the property. It was clearly not cleaned before my arrival — there was food on the bedroom floor and under the bed, empty cans, and even condom wrappers down the side of the bed. The bedding had visible mould, which is completely unacceptable and a health hazard. To make matters worse, I received no communication from the host. The contact numbers provided did not work, and there was no response to any of my complaints. This experience was far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness or professionalism.
