On first sight the apartment looks lovely. It’s a great location and the apartment building is new. Parking is convenient, and the rooms are a good size with all the fittings being new. However as soon as you start to settle in it’s not at all what it seems. There are paper blinds, which can’t be operated, so you need to have the lights on all the time. No natural light, which gets very depressing! The kitchen utensils were filthy, they obviously had been used, slightly rinsed and literally thrown in a drawer. No mugs, dirty kettle, bits of food in the kitchen sink, no kitchen towels, no washing up Liquid, no sponge to wash up with, no bath towels, no hand towels, no bath mats, no toilet roll, no hand soaps, blankets just stuffed in the cupboards. For me these are basic needs of someone who comes to stay. What made the whole stay worse was when I checked the bed. Lots of little bits of dirt, HAIR and mattress was disgusting!!! The bedding clearly hadn’t been changed. The bed was made up to look fancy and I guess they thought that’s ok. One of the bathroom sinks was leaking constantly. I tried to call, and also started a conversation through the means of the chat (what’s app). NO RESPONSE. I sent them pictures and videos. If your family looking for a clean place to stay this is not it.

Upon arriving at my apartment we had no microwave, no kettle, no hair dryer, no ironing board. No basic necessities whereas the other apartments did have these. I messaged to query this but got no response. There were dishes in the dishwasher which had mould growing on them. Only provided with 2 towels for family of 6. No bath mats and no hand towels. Such a lovely spacious modern apartment but a shame about the amenities and cleanliness.

Very helpful staff, the beds were comfy only downside is that there was no hand wash or any shower products also we were sent the wrong code but they Staff very quickly sorted it

This is supposed to be a 4 bedroom house. There are 2 double very basic bedrooms. with lamps on the floor. 1 room with an unwashed child's bunk bed 1 room that is completely empty other than all the curtains and bedding on the floor The shower screen has no seal at bottom so the bathroom will probably get flooded with 3 people showering twice a day. There is s large sofa for me to sleep on but the living room absolutely stinks of weed, cannabis. Really don't think this is an acceptable property for booking.com to be renting out for guests to stay in at the moment.

Our apartment was robbed and truck was stolen! Whoever it was knew the access code to the lock to get into the apartment. Hosts couldn’t give a toss and didn’t answer any phone calls or messages! Only one the next day saying ‘we suggest phoning the police’. We called the police when we got back at midnight and realising the apartment had been robbed and truck stolen! Police attended the property and helped us, but absolutely nothing from the host! Completely unsafe apartment we were scared all night and couldn’t sleep and left without a car! As we say whoever did this MUST of had the access code to get in. Disgusting customer service and wouldn’t stay again here if my life depended on it! Can’t even take the key into the apartment cause it’s attached to elastic outside!
