Nothing at all

I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the property. It was clearly not cleaned before my arrival — there was food on the bedroom floor and under the bed, empty cans, and even condom wrappers down the side of the bed. The bedding had visible mould, which is completely unacceptable and a health hazard. To make matters worse, I received no communication from the host. The contact numbers provided did not work, and there was no response to any of my complaints. This experience was far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness or professionalism.

The key was gone when we got the to apartment no one answered we had to book elsewhere

Nothing at all I couldn’t enter the property at all as there were young lads violating and screaming and police officers were around and was not safety at all for my family and myself.

Everything. I didn’t like everything as I not entered the house and was not able to due to the problems in the property.

All appliances were very modern with a log of potential

Cleaning, no kettle , no microwave , limited cutlery , cleaning wasn't up to much and had a nasty surprise in kitchen cupboard, domino's desert that had been there a while

Large comfortable beds

Bathrooms were very dirty(toilets) and no toilet paper

Nice modern spacious. Clean.

No kettle to make a drink, no tea or coffee in for complimentary drinks to get you started. No enough towels left for showering for 5 people. Only 2 towels for showering left. Not enough toilet rolls left either.

It looks sleek and modern which feels very comforting

The bin was still full on the first day, but aside from that nothing else
