Having the personal touch that a hotel does not have. Very cozy atmosphere. Clean linens and towels. Thank you for a good stay. Would rent again, with opportunity to see the house in clean and fully maintained manner.

We gave a 5 star and didn't want this to affect your rating. Just thought you should know..In case you are paying someone for maintenance and cleaning so u can fix the issues..The front porch was dirty and light bulb flickers, bedroom light bulb out. Kurig coffee maker dirty, microwave loses time after like 30 min might be the outlet. Would need cleaning before cooking. Kitchen drawer in refrigerator is cracked. Screw driver left on counter. Livingroom window cill had dead flies. second floor bathroom had dead bugs in window cill and there were a few hairs on floor in shower and sink, tub was dirty when we arrived. Visible Dust under furniture, patio balcony furniture was dirty and broken like a branch went through chair. 2 bathroom door knobs are way dirty. When taking out garbage, there is no cap on the city drain where valves are at left side of house. No sponge to clean with, we bought one. Master bedroom bathroom was slippery with oil in it, not washed. Over growth of front of house and fire pit, so unmaintenced and dirty we could not use it. Have pics if you would like for proof of lack of maintenance and cleaning. We are flexible and understanding, some people are not.

Apesar de anunciar 3 banheiros completos são so 2 completos e 1 lavabo. Fez muita diferença para nosso grupo. Somente 1 wc no andar superior

Clean comfortable accommodations. Very close to restaurants and downtown.

Smelled a little musty when we first checked in,but smell quickly went away after lowering the air-conditioning temperature.
