El staff es buenisimo, la comida, el explorer club para niños ESPECTACULAR las chicas que trabajan en el explorer club (TODAS) son geniales, Luz Clarita limpio nuestra habitación excelente chica, Frailin nos ayudo con nuestras maletas y a transportarnos con nuestro bebe, del bar Altagracia, Marcelo y los demas son increibles, el staff de entretenimiento Peluche y Pitufina los mejores!! VOLVERE MUY PRONTO

"The stay was pleasant and relaxing"

The staff were very friendly and professional. The menu was varied and of good quality. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout the property.

The pools close very early. If it gets dark around 8 pm, I don't think it's necessary to close the pool service at 6 pm.

Del Resort Dreans Playa Esmeralda & SPA me gustó la playa, libre de zargazo, amplia, aguas cristalinas. Del Resort su comida rica, variada, el bufete muy completo, restaurantes temáticos sin reservas. Licores de alta gama. Las instalaciones cómodas, muy bien pensadas, limpio y acogedor. Tumbonas de playa siempre disponibles. Zona café funciona 24 horas excelente!!! El personal amable y preocupado, te hacen sentir especial. Volvería de todas maneras.

Pese a ser grandes, nuevas y siempre disponibles, las toallas de playa no secaban y eran duras como resecas.. (sin dudas, les falta suavizante en el tratamiento de lavado y listo)
