Property Notes

The house is a Victorian Cottage. The stairs in the house are original and are relatively steep. Please keep this in mind when booking if you have young children or elderly people in your party. Once a reservation is confirmed, Payment is collected 13 day prior to your arrival (accommodations fee and cleaning fee included). You can cancel for free up to 14 days prior to arrival. The lead guest must complete the online check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and upload at least 1 ID before check-in. Failure to do so may result in cancelation of the reservation. Forms must be filled at least 24 hours prior to the check-in date. For stays over 10 days, you are expected to have interim cleans/linen change (frequency to be agreed depending on length of stay) for an extra fee. A damage deposit will be charged 2 days before check-out.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Cosy cottage in a central location. Hosts communicative. Parking a bonus.

Noise from pub next door, although it finishes by 11 or so.

"Very pleasant cosy stay in a very convenient location."

Very cosy clean little cottage located very centrally. Location opposite the green was particularly attractive and there was surprisingly little noise.

Staircase was awkward and wouldn’t recommend if you have any mobility difficulties. It’s a period cottage though so only to be expected.

Proximity to the attractions I wanted to visit was good. A parking permit, even if the space was 10mins away, was one of the reasons we chose this property.

There were problems with the TV meaning we had to use our own iPad to watch programmes. On the morning we left the wi-fi dropped out for half an hour which was a nuisance. The downside of proximity to the centre meant it was quite noisy.
