Underage guests or teenagers are not allowed for reservations. If this is noted, their reservation will automatically be canceled and reported as misconduct. If we find that a reservation is fraudulent, we will not only cancel the reservation, but it will also be reported to Booking.com as misconduct, and if needed, we will report it to the police as well. Please note that guests are required to specify the total number of guests staying at the property. Smoking in on site will incur an additional charge of GBP 120. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests will incur a charge. Please note that any damage to the property must be reported promptly.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
