Needs a door stop behind front door

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was very clean and well decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. We appreciated the essential foods provided, which was an extremely thoughtful touch. Overall, our experience was positive, and we would gladly recommend this place to others.

We had a few issues during our stay that impacted our comfort. The beds were really uncomfortable, as mattresses lacked extra layers such as a good mattress topper. We also found ourselves cold most of the time because the house doesn’t retain heat well. Extending the heater timer would be a significant improvement.

The owners are lovely, the house was spotless. Recently renovated so very brand new interiors. Fab location for Alton Towers.

Perfect place for what we needed. Very clean and tidy, also really nice touch to leave us the snacks.

When staying with other places we have never had to show ID over the doorbell camera or in person. So with my other half not having it on him was a bit of an inconvenience as we didn’t realise we needed it. I didn’t notice that ID would be needed, so maybe an email a feed before to remind customers would be a great idea.

The house itself felt very homely and welcoming, with lots of nice little touches. I stayed here with my partner, and we had a great time - we met the host after checking out and had a really nice chat. She's absolutely lovely and clearly puts a lot of thought into the property.

Excellent maintained place to spend the time with family. Kids enjoyed a lot with goodies and felt homely with the netflix on top. Extremely happy to watch movies and feltCosy with provided blankets.

The place was immaculate, and Ashley was the host with the mostest. She left us us a lot of goodies and kids enjoyed every second. She couldn't do enough for us, lovely, kind and exceptional. The place was quiet, and the beds were comfortable . I will definitely stay here again.

The house is on a quiet street, a short walk from Stoke railway station. With lots of local shops and takeaways close by. The property is clean and well maintained. With everything, you would need to cook a meal from scrstch if you wanted to! The well stocked fruit bowl and snack box were very welcome. The twin bedroom and bathroom/toilet are both on the ground floor. Which was ideal for us. We met the owner, who is a lovely lady. She responded immediately whenever we contacted her by phone or text. The next time we decide to visit Alton Towers, we will definitely be booking this house again.
