Clean and spacious

Water kept going hot and cold, radiators did not work, after 4 hours at the property the room temperature was still 15 degrees. The staff were very unhelpful, I even felt racially prejudiced, when I stated the the issues the told me to report it to booking.com and then blocked my number.. The worst experience ever I would completely avoid this place.

Very disappointing we had no heating or hot water all weekend which was reported on arrival. The owner, house keeper or a maintenance contractor did not attend to rectify this we were just left without it. It was cold and we had a child with us. The shower screen was coming away from the wall, mould in places and the toilet brushes were disgusting. There was no TV in one of the bedrooms just a bracket and a wire hanging. Outside there are two pipes coming out of the ground which was health and safety. Very poor.

Genuinely the property was stone cold, both water and heating. It was the same as last year, we booked again to give them the benefit of the doubt, but yet again it was cold with no hot water which was very frustrating especially when you have been out all day and you just want a shower. We also paid for parking but there wasn’t a free space when we arrived for our second car. Also found a slug in the bathroom as it was so damp… we wouldn’t be recommending staying here unless you like cold showers and your staying during a heat wave. Not ideal with a family of young children.

Location perfect and the ground floor worked perfect for us with 3 small children. The 3 double bedrooms were spacious and separated by a corridor which was perfect for us. We would definitely book again .

Large apartment with plenty of space. Good T.V with netflix and YouTube. Clean tidy

There was no hot water for the three days we had stayed at the apartment. We had to message the owner a couple of times per day to reset the boiler which gave us about an hour of hot water. The heading did not work at all but there was an electric heater. We were not made aware of any issues with the hot water or heating prior to arrival.

It was amazingly clean and so modern and beautiful. We had everything we needed and it was like a home away from home. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you for having us.

We had no heating or hot water The radiator in the hall was hanging off the wall Some areas need touching up as we had no heating or hot water I question how clean can it be the bedding was not ironed bath looked lovely but without hot water again we did not use Outside needs work as very unsafe and uneven, which is hard to see at night Parking was out back building again, dark and uneven path x plus lots rubbish out back off building x they was used drug items out back trying to get management to help with problems is a on going issue what should be a lovely weekend away as turn into nightmare lucky we were able to get out and go places to warm up would not stay here
