Luxury York Apartment, Free Parking & Free Gym

The location is quite close to the city, especially if you want to walk along the roman city wall. The apartment feels quite secure and is spacious, modern with good heating system and fully equipped should you wish to stay longer than a few days. There are amenities close by, such as cafe, restaurant and supermarket. Would have no hesitation to stop here again. Host was top notch.

The only negative thing is the parking, as we had to park in the development over the road, and then carry our luggage with us to get to the block where the apartment is. This was acceptable to us, however to save us having to face this issue again, when we checked out we collected the car and loaded up with the luggage directly from block we was staying at. I can see for some others this could be an issue. Maybe can suggest the instructions to access the apartment are updated to assist those that maybe bringing a lot of luggage.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Icona 2 in York, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The apartment exudes modern lux The living space was spacious yet cozy, with an open-plan layout that maximized natural light. The location is another highlight. Icona 2 is just steps away from charming cobblestone streets, iconic landmarks, and fantastic dining options. Despite its central location, the apartment was quiet and peaceful. A special thanks to Josh, the host, who was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made the entire experience seamless. His attention to detail and prompt communication truly set the stay apart. Highly recommended!

Extremely clean, Modern and very comfortable. Secure carpark and a short walk into York centre.

Nothing it’s perfect.

Icona 1 apartment 10 was perfect. Clean and tidy upon arrival with all the amenities we required. Bathroom and ensuite which was perfect for two couples. Bedrooms were of a good size and comfortable. Plenty of storage space and sockets. Ample coat hangers too which is always a bonus. Host was friendly and helpful throughout. Apartment wasn't too far from centre of town either. Parking over at Icona 2 suited us perfectly and was only a short walk across the road. Excellent and would definitely stay again.

We had an issue with hot water and sorting boiler, however after couple of conversations with host we managed to get enough hot water for a bath but then it went again. Personal preference issues..... Would have liked curtains as well as blinds in bedrooms. And 2 x 2 seater sofas rather than 1 and a chair. Although with dining chairs there was plenty of seating available.

Apartment was perfect for our trip. Excellent location. Bonus free parking though bit tricky to locate.

The apartment was modern and clean. Great amenities and close to the city centre parking was great and a lift in the building is an added plus.

Location was very good and very well equipped kitchen area with boiling water tap which was great. Sofas a little uncomfortable but otherwise lovely comfy beds and shower room and bathroom great.
