The property was immaculate when we arrived. Beds very comfortable and a host who was easy to contact and very helpful.

Everything was really good

Lovely apartment very centrally located. All facilities were of a high standard and staff were extremely helpful. Parking space available in Icona 2 building over the road, however 1 hour parking available immediately outside to enable loading and unloading.

Only issue was very slow Internet. Would not be suitable for a working space.

Wish I could give 10 stars! What an outstanding host and the apartment is brilliant. We are a family recently learning to deal with accessibility issues, and this apartment could not be better - layout, facilities and location were all spot on! What a great trip to York. Great location - such a short walk to everything. Apartment - lovely and spacious (even room to bring the small motorised disability scooter in!) And it was really clean. Facilities – everything we needed plus secure parking. Communication from the host was so clear, and his responsiveness was the best I’ve ever experienced, particularly at a weekend. We also had an unexpected challenge while we were away, and I can’t tell you what safe hands we were in with our host, Josh. Customer service off-the-charts positive! One of life’s problem-solvers I think. Amazing! Restores your faith in humanity. Huge thanks Josh, we will be back again and highly recommend you and your apartment.

Didn't get code for gate to access until called contract number we are no smoking but ashtray on balcony with cigarette in
