Lovely 1-bedroom rental unit near 2mars/Habous

Host impossible to contact. Advertised as AC apartment, but no AC, no fan, very hot. Opened windows, but very loud outside. Blinds don't fully cover windows so very bright early in morning. Broken kitchen cabinets. Front door lock difficult to open. A neighboring owner said we should complain about the property's condition, but the host just ignores. We moved out after second day of 8 day stay and host never responded or refunded anything.

+ The apartment looked very fresh, modern and clean + Safe and quiet neighborhood + The host was nice and responsive, he explained everything in detail + Good value for money

- There were some things that were broken so the apartment looked as if it was very new at first glance but then we noticed some things like mold in the bathroom or the window door that couldn’t have been closed properly which was a little bit disconcerting as someone could have technically broken in (however, these things did not bother us that much, if the host repairs the window doors and removes the mold it will be an amazing place to stay in Casablanca)

I like the location and how spacious it was.

The main reason why I choose the is apartment is because of the free parking, unfortunately they give u a remote key after they take $30 deposit so u can return it didn’t like that

It was a scam. There was no such hotel on the map or on the real life. The owners didn’t answer my phone and I was left stranded at night. A real shameful behaviour.

If you didn’t speak Arabic or french, you were almost left out in the cold as to how to get in the building. The directions they gave you before you arrive is not accurate. There are not next to the McDonald’s as advertised.

Very good location with cafes and supermarkets around. Very close to the hassan Mosque. Place also had parking and a washing machine. There were a few issues but the staff, especially the building janitor was super helpful and did their best to make the stay comfortable.

Attention to detail could have been better. Eg. Washing machine but no drying rack, or soap powder. Equipped kitchen but no coffee powder, oil etc. Parking remote was not available as mentioned in the message and I had to reach out via WhatsApp to get it. Bed could have had a topper to make it a more comfortable.
