Lovely 1-bedroom rental unit near 2mars/Habous

The host is very easy to contact and always replies quickly. The doorman is extremely helpful and friendly! The apartment is clean and new, everything is in working order. The view from the apartment is nice (you can see the main road and cafe). Lots of nearby coffee shops and restaurants, not too far if you want to walk to the Royal palace, the new Medina or other nearby attractions. Easy to get a taxi from the main road (1 minute walk).

Unfortunately the apartment was lacking many amenities. Only one hand soap in the bthroom. Only one set of towels (even though we mentioned 2 adults and 1 infant would be staying). No soap for the washing machine. No dish soap. No toiletries. There is a coffee machine but no coffee pods.

It's located near the habous but in the modern side of the city, so it's far from being a memorable stay. We had to look around for food (there's no breakfast included) and there was not a lot of options around. Room was clean and modern with kitchen.

When we arrived, we went to the apt # that was indicated in the booking (via text from the host), and there was someone already there. Only after texted at that point the host told us to go to a different unit. We communicated with the host via text but there's a huge lag between our text and his response. There's a helpful gentleman who appeared to be the caretaker who helped us find the apartment, open the high-tech lockbox, etc. Since this was our last day in Morocco, we asked for the host's help on getting a scale and also where to get a car wash (for our rental car). After a daylong back and forth, they still "could not find one". The carwash promised, was a guy who came by in the morning with nothing in his hands it made us wonder how he's going to wash the car with (we ended up going to a gas station nearby and had a 15-min carwash for 25 dh). In the morning, we were also a bit alarmed when the garage door could not open (there's no remote in the room as the host said, the caretaker opened the garage door the day before for us). After 10 min frantically texting the host (as we needed to go to the airport), the caretaker showed up and opened the garage door for us. Lack of responsive communication from the host was the drawback. For the rather expensive stay compared to other options in Casablanca, we would've gone with the other options route.

Clean, modern one bedroom appartement, great location and self service check in. good experience, I would like to return!

There is a big effort to do related to the comfort of the bed and the cleanliness of the furniture. Also our apartment was not ready at our arrival but the host was able to provide a solution quickly

Location very good no traffic. good value. smart entry. clean and neat

Shower drainage slowly draining. No curtains even at bedroom. No soups or shampoos. Smart entry is good but any one can enter if they have passcode. I booked this property several times and passcode was same not changed.

neat and clean apartment. good location far away from traffic. friendly owner. all houses stuff available. next time will book this property when visiting Casablanca.

difficult to find the building because there’s no names outside building. car park available outside but if want to park car at basement they’re asking deposit DH300 refundable at checkout.
