The apartment was clean.

The instructions regarding the location are not accurate. I had to call the owner who did not pick up the phone, but texted me after a few minutes. There were no keys in the box so we could not enter the building. The owner said that his cousin was there and that he would open the door for us. Nobody came, but thankfully a resident showed up and opened the door. We managed to enter the apartment but we never found the remote control for the garage. I specifically book the apartment because it was mentioned that there is a garage. However we never got access to the garage. The owner was absent, he was constantly saying that he is travelling that's why he was not available, but even when he was responding, he was not providing any solution. His cousin, whom I never met, texted me and asked from me 300 dirhams in order to give me the remote control for the garage. The whole experience was disappointing, the owner is not professional and I would not suggest the accommodation to anyone as there are so many other options in the city. We were also provided only with one towel per person. There were no towels for the hands or for the kitchen. In the bathroom there weren't any hungers for the towels. The kitchen was not fully equipped and even though there was a coffee machine, there were no capsules, or simply an instant coffee.

Nice and new studio apartment in/close by the center of Casablanca. Check-in is self-checkin with lockboxes and codes. There is a parking garage with dedicated parking spot for the apartment. This is nice because parking in the area is a hassle and inside the garage your car is safe. There is a livingroom/kitchen area. Everything is modern design and looks new. There is a great new oven, a large fridge and freezer and also a new washing machine. There is a coffee maker with those cups but also a water cooker if you like to make tea or something else. Wifi worked really well. There is a large TV. There is a seperate bedroom with large bed and large closet and a small desk inside. There is a good size private bathroom. This apartment is perfect size for one or two people. Attention to detail: there is cooking oil to use, sugar cubes, and 1 coffee pod. There was some food in the fridge but I wasn't sure if it was for me to use haha. Both the bedroom and the livingroom have a floor to ceiling window with views of the neighborhood. The windows open for a pleasant breeze. When closed, there is little noise pollution. The area around the apartment isn't very interesting. I assume it's safe. There are several apartment complexes on the street that have security or a doorman. Casablanca in general was not my favorite place to visit. But if you have to be there, this apartment is a great choice. Airport tip: you must have a printed boarding pass on paper to go through security and you must have it stamped by the check-in desk, even if you don't have check-in luggage. There are places nearby the property that can print. Look for the little snack shops that have phone cards and copy-machines etc. Morocco tip: Morocco is very awesome. If you have never been, you should go to Morocco. People are very friendly and helpful. If in Casa, visit the Hassan II mosque, look online for tour times. Very impressive.

If possible, check-in instructions with photos (of the front door, the lock box, the garage entrance, the front door) would be great to have. The google maps directions isn't very precise and accurate. I'm a visual learner and it took me a while to get in. Maybe I'm not very smart haha!

The apartment is very nice. Location is great. The area is nice and quiet. Plenty of restaurants, banks, and supermarkets around. Communication with the holster was good.

Not enough kitchen appliances such pans. The location on map is not accurate. There is information missing regarding to the instructions on how to get there. It can be very confusing.

Great location - side street 2 minutes walk from Avenue 2 Mars which has everything you need including supermarket, cafes, eateries, shops, pharmacies, etc. I did not use the tram in Casablanca but the nearest tram station is a short walk and taxis are plentiful on Avenue 2 Mars. The apartment itself is modern, in a safe building (with lift), and has everything you need. It is ideal for one or two people. Check in and check out procedures are very easy with the keys on site in safes and the owner was always contactable for any questions. A great stay!
