Perfect location. The apartment was clean and modern. Had parking on site.

The downstairs radiator did not heat the lower floor. It was the coldest week of the year so far, but the first night we had to wear our coats while watching TV. We went to bed early because the radiator upstairs was working and we could get warm. After calling the office about the problem on the Sunday we couldn't get anyone out till the next day. It was too cold to stay in so we went home to get our own heater. We used our own heater for the rest of the week. The owners didn't fix the radiator or offer an additional heater. In addition, the WiFi connection details were incorrect on the induction email and in the apartment booklet. Took three days to figured out the problem.

Clean, modern apartment and a beautiful location. Well equipped.

The downstairs heater was insufficient for the cold January weather. We set it to the highest level but it did not give an adequate warmth. Older people or those with mobility issues like myself will struggle with the very low bed.

Our second visit to Victory Mill. Beautiful area in Yorkshire and apartment excellent. Such a lovely surprise a Christmas tree was in lounge area. Within easy walking distance of village and VG parking in a very peaceful beautiful area.

We signed in to Netflix and whoever was in after us tried to steal our account i.e. changed our password and email address. We arrived earlier in the afternoon than planned, phoned to ask if apartment was ready for us, person advised enquiries would be made and would phone back, went shopping and no phone call back, so after approx 50mins plus, phoned again, entry fine but we felt we had to chase up enquiry.

Was a lovely location. Good to have parking. Accommodation was nice. Christmas tree was a lovely thought

It was cold and as people get older I feel the bed is quite low

Well presented and beautifully decorated. Everything you need including towels. In a quiet location. Would probably stay in the summer time

Downstairs bathroom onto the kitchen. Shower had yellow stains around edging. The microwave is in the wrong place. Cold downstairs compared to upstairs. The Internet kept going off so had to keep rebooting it. Check in from 16.00 check out before 10.00. Felt we had to rush to get out

very quiet location with the noise of running water outside (quiet inside as double glazing). Absolutely everything supplied in accommodation. walking distance in Thornton and it's a beautiful place.

very low bed in the mezzanine bedroom and internet went out a couple of times which is all you have as no TV without it.

Location is great with a lovely walk into Thornton. Very nice apartment, tastefully furnished. Great to have outside sitting area.

Shower cubicle & parts of shower room could have been cleaner. When came to take bin bag out it appears the actual bin beneath had not been cleaned. Throw on bed not very clean.

This is a recent renovation of an old flour mill. The location is excellent, on the edge of a very picturesque village, which is only five minutes walk along beautiful stream from the mill. The apartment is large, clean and generally well furnished. The kitchen is large open plan and generally well equipped. It is extremely quiet, partly as a result of the location, but also the metre thick stone walls. Parking is very easy and communication with the management company straightforward. The Wi-Fi is good which is important as phone reception is poor. I’d happily book again.

There is not much to dislike. The Apartment is purpose-built as a holiday let and perhaps lacks a few touches that you might expect to have somebody been living there for longer. For example, the apartment is clearly for four people yet there is really only comfortable seating for three which could be an issue for some. Early reviews have pointed to missing frying pans and hairdryers, but I’m pleased to say they are now in place. We weren’t provided with any washing up clothes, sponges, or Kitchen roll which was probably an oversight.

Breakfast not available but was in town .

Only two toilet rolls. Bad smell in the fridge. Outside car park lights not working.

quiet area, good walking facilities for the dog, immaculate property throughout, great location
