Kona Beach Studio for Couples Relaxing Island Retreat-Beach Gear Included

The mattress was great! Slept well during my stay.

The property faces the street and in the early hours the locals heading in to work make loud noises with their modified exhaust pipes 😕

The studio has everything you could need for your stay. It’s comfortable, nicely furnished and in a great location. Carolina is very easy to communicate with. The pool area is nice and well kept. You can see the water from the balcony and you can walk out to the water. I really enjoyed my time there and I would definitely book again!

Could have used more bath towels and an extra blanket.

The accommodation was arranged in a studio that is a part of the Banyan Tree complex, at the excellent location in Kona, Hawaii, very close to the Magic Sands Beach The room was large, with comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The room was very clean and the Wifi worked flawlessly. The host, whom we did not meet in person, gave us detailed instructions for the check in and check out and for the use of parking lot.

We did not have information that the studio was a part of the Banyan Tree complex, which was confusing the first day when we tried to find it, but other than that, I cannot recall any problems with the accommodation. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The property is perfectly located to explore all aspects of the island. It’s our second trip back to this property and I highly recommend it. It is a nice studio apartment with all the amenities. It is simple, it is clean and the price is so very reasonable. It is perfect for two people. Thank you Carolina for sharing your property!!

The street traffic can be loud at times.

Close proximity to the beach and parking on site. Apartment has a good layout and nicely organized.

You can hear the neighbors if they are heavy footed. And we didn’t like the renovation works which was going on even on a Sunday.

Good location; having a kitchen is an advantage; they have a closet where you can find chairs and a beach umbrella in case you don’t have your own.

The apartment was not very clean, the bed was old, the bathroom was also old (it wasn’t dirty but gave that impression), and the place didn’t have good ventilation.
