We were very impressed with the service at this hotel, professional, friendly and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Our room was very comfortable with a great view of the Severn Estuary.

Fantastic.amazing food..accomodation..and staff

Alles was perfect! De kamer is prachtig gedecoreerd, bedden zijn heerlijk, badkamer is een toppertje. Het personeel, niemand uitgezonderd, waren fantastisch gastvrij. Kortom dit is een aanrader.

The staff were amazing, so helpful and accommodating. Lovely quiet corner of the hotel - would have paid extra for a sea view if it was available. Location was just right - allowed me to walk into Portishead Marina.

Really enjoyed the breakfast although the time it took to come was quite long considering there were so few residents in the restaurant - I had to come down half an hour earlier the next day to ensure I was able to get out on time.
