Luxury 5 Star London Apartment - Parking, Garden, nr Greater London Metro Stations

Spacious rooms with a nice layout.

The property needs better cleaning. There were dirty towels, uncleaned toilets and stains throughout the property.

We liked that the apartment had pretty furniture.

The host was not accessible at all. We tried to reach them through text messages, phone calls, and emails, all to no avail. They only responded after a while to tell us the code to open the door with. We needed to reach them for several things during our stay but we were completely ignored which was very frustrating. Also, there was no heating and the weather was cold. We are not from here so we found the weather very cold and we needed heating, we could not control the heating. We only saw an instruction that the heat will come on at 7a.m. to be shut off by 9a.m. and 7p.m. to be shut off by 9p.m. That was shocking! We had kids with us who were even more cold. The frontage of the house was very unkempt and had alot of weed which didn't look like what was advertised.

We like that the apartment was organised, clean and tidy. We were very comfortable. The area is peaceful and quiet. The apartment is secured.

I loved the layout of the apartment. The little touches added I.e. shampoo, tea and coffee, inside apartment felt very very clean and cozy. It felt like home from home. Being able to into garden was excellent.

On entering the accommodation noticed broken pot plant, opened front door and notified disheveled bedding on shelves and carpet in need of sweeping and bedside lamp did not work, skuff marks on wall in kitchen by table, also smell of damp in one of the bedrooms. All points can easily be fixed.

The house finishing was top notch and the environment was serene.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay except that we checked in at 3:00pm and were told to check out at 10am which made us wake up very early on our last night to vacate the apartment on time.

Living room and bedrooms were comfortable. Decor was nice. Location was excellent. Check in was easy. Check out instructions were easy. The price as it's location was well worth it for what we needed.

Not particularly clean. Living room/bedrooms were ok but kitchen and bathrooms not so. Basics were clean but not very well. Kitchen was haphazardly equipped. As in, there were 3 different types of frying pans but only 2 saucepans, 1 enormous one and one tiny one, no salad type bowls or mixing bowls, lots of small glasses but no large ones. The extension lead didnt work, no dishwasher tablets, only 3 dinner plates. The microwave had no turning plate. No grill pan and 6 oven trays! We had to wash most things before using them as they were greasy. The oven was dirty. The sink was brown and the metal rack in it was dirty underñeath. There were only 3 chairs at the dining table as one was broken out on the driveway. The dust pan and brush was a long handled brush minus tge handle. The " toiletries" consisted of 3 tiny tubes of shower gel, the bath towels weren't all bath towels. The mattresses were very comfortable but the frames/bases creaked alot. The outside area was very rough and ready. The grass aŕea wasnt grass but all mud and dead plants, the decking was rough as was the old wooden table and 3 chairs. It was also quite dirty out there. And to top it all off, the electric was somehow turned off first in one bedroom then in the other by 9 am this morning. We had had to move garden rubbish and a discarded broken kitchen chair from the driveway to park when we arrived and again to get out of it this morning when we left. To be honest, we were expecting a luxury 5 star apartment and unfortunately it isnt at all what it promises to be. Especially as there were 4 of us and things were awkward for eating and sitting.

Clean apt & enought facilities although we didn't even boil a kettle as we ate out. Paint was peeling wall landing and carpet had deposits of paint on it so don't know why it was named.. Luxury 5 star Apt. Compy enough inside. The woman who was cleaning the apt next to ours was helpful & explained how to lock door and gave us extra towels but she was gone when we had problem with shower.

It was an extremely hot day when we arrived. I immediately went to shower & that's when problems started. The door on shower was loose and came off at the top but managed to close it ok ever thought it came.away from the top rail of shower. The water was scalding and the disc on the right hand side of shower came off in my hand. I rang management twice and left emails but no response. Eventually we were able to insert the right disc back on. On last morning, my husband hung the towel on towel rack and it fell to the floor so he was lucky it didn't fall on his toes. He managed to secure it back into position but needs tightening. Would overall give a poor rating because of shower facilities & lack of reply from management. It was tolerable for short stay provided shower ok. A phone call or email response from management would have made all the difference. Smaller apt than we.expected.

Apartment was nice.

No private parking. No cot for our 1 year old despite giving age at time of booking. Garden had holes in the decking, not safe for our kids.
