Comfortable

Entrance needs some attention

Neat and tidy. Good communication. Everything was as expected. Had to travel to central London for work. Good that off street parking is available. Very quiet area. No noise after 8pm. High speed broadband and TV available. Felt at home.

Nothing

Very spacious bedrooms, plenty of towels and covers provided. Soaps supplied, and toilets were all clean. Amazing amount of space so that you could entertain if meeting friends in London. There are cooking pots and pans which allow for home cooking, oven appeared clean. Location is great just off the bus routes and a short walk to underground/overground. Great cafes nearby.

Boiler was broken on arrival which I had to fix, and it was absolutely freezing until the next morning. Telephone numbers on welcome pack provided did not connect. Horrendous smell of stale smoke throughout the entire property, so much so that we are having to wash all our clothes, even ones we didn't wear, now we are home. Some of the towels were stained. There was quite a bit of rubbish under the sofas still, questioning if it had ever been hoovered. The carparking space which apparently was allocated to us had a car parked in it? Possibly from another of the rented flats.

Even though it was tiny, still enjoyed our stay

Lovely stay only thing they advertised the apartment pictures not studio. When we reach we were surprised how small it was

Could do with new linen on second bedroom and pillows for beds

Great accomondation with 1 living room, 2 bed rooms and 2 toilets plus garden

Some stuff did not work propefly i.e. hot-cold water valve, digital key

The location was perfect for our visit.

The property has a few maintenance issues . Shower head not fixed tightly to stand. heater coming off wall in bedroom . Cleaning could be improved
