Luxury 5 Star London Apartment - Parking, Garden, nr Greater London Metro Stations

The property is quite large and has plenty of space. It’s is in a quiet neighbourhood 15 minutes from two overground stations into central London.

It was not a clean as the other two apartments I have stayed in previously on this site. The lounge seemed quite dark for a south facing property.

Good instructions to get into the property. Clean and equipped well. Comfortable. Easy parking

4th chair in kitchen was missing. Was a bit cold in the evening (end of September) but we used the electric heater in the living room and was fine. We seemed to be a bit short of towels for 3 people but maybe we did not find them.

Turned up on Monday night after finishing work all 4 of us,to find the old bedding still on all bedrooms .bins overflowing muck glasses a cups in all bedrooms x 3 .and not clean at all

Location, far walk from the metro. Garden was nasty weeds and spiderwebs. We had to purchase toilet paper & paper napkins. No extra linens or towels available.

Booking.com and myself tried to contact the property, but there was no response. In exceptional circumstances also, they just were indifferent and didn't think of responding query of customer

Casual non responsive attitude

Good communication from host. Good parking. The whole thing was easy.
