Luxury 5 Star London Apartment - Parking, Garden, nr Greater London Metro Stations

Lovely apartment, great location.

Builders had access throughout the whole stay in the property from 8am in the morning whilst we slept and when we are out during the day. The owner did tell us the builders were checking the decking on Wednesday but failed to mention that it would be with full access of the apartment and that it would be everyday of our stay!

I stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks and I was working Monday to Friday (3 days remote) so I wanted somewhere quiet with reliable internet. The apartment is a loft conversion and is certainly quiet and perhaps benefits from heat rising from the apartments below as, despite a cold spell, I didn't need any additional heating. The apartment is well-equipped and has features like a hob, oven and washing machine, which are often missing in apartments like this. There is also a separate bedroom and kitchen/living room, so plenty of space for one or two people. The door codes mean you don't have to worry about keys. There is one parking space for the building but no parking restrictions in the street. The neighbourhood is quiet but there are bus stops within 3 or 4 minutes and Forest Hill station within 15 minutes. I would recommend the apartment as excellent value and I would happily go back there.

The hosts could consider providing a vacuum cleaner and/or broom and dustpan so guests can clean up after themselves. As I was there for 3 weeks I found it difficult to keep the place as clean as I would have liked.
