Nice and spacious

The cobwebs everywhere, especially near the back door, the single shower wasn't very clean, and needed at least 2 more towels. Also, the bed is very squeaky, but apart from that, everything was. Great

Not enough towels. Garden unkempt. Plums everywhere from plum tree. Safety hazard.

La propreté, le ménage n'avait pas été fait, les draps pas changé, des serviettes par terre et de la vaisselle dans l'évier. Heureusement qu'il y avait des draps propre que nous avons changé. Ils sont venus le lendemain pour le faire mais c'était trop tard malheureusement

Very cl an and convenient for our needs Host was very responsive - much appreciated Cleaner tried to help us with access issues (see below)

It was up a lot of stairs and I am 77 with limited mobility Also tenants of adjacent let blocked our access with a large car and were unhelpful

Neat and compact Very bright and airy Had everything that I needed to be comfortable

Not so much a “didn’t like” but the property description said that there was a bath. I specifically wanted to have a bath with the additional option of having a shower. However, as the week progressed I actually didn’t miss the bath too much 😀!!!

Access to the flat was easy

Arrived at the property to find the flat door open. It was obvious that the flat had not been cleaned or serviced since its last visitors exit. Who had left the flat in a state. Contact with the owner was good, but he was unable to offer a solution. Even after an eight hour journey, the flat was uninhabitable. Booking.com's customer service was worse that useless. Very difficult to get through to and totally void of offering a solution except emailing the owner. This flat could be a very pleasant flat, but it certainly should not be discibed as "5 star luxury'.

It was a good size if you’re not staying there much during your stay. Nice interior and very comfy bed. Simple to access building and flat

Ironing board was broken and couple of utensils I would have benefited from but didn’t affect the stay much. Strange smell from bathroom every so often from the pipes.
