Luxury 5 Star London Apartment - Parking, Garden, nr Greater London Metro Stations

Beautiful property, lovely and clean, very comfortable, great communication from Syed the owner. Having a fan in every bedroom was a big plus for the whole group.

The only tiny thing is that the shower drain needs unblocking as water didn’t run down very quickly causing water to pool when having a shower but did not effect our stay. A nice touch we’ve had in other properties is a pint of milk left in the frige to have a cup of tea so was disappointed not to get that here but again - did not effect the stay.

Location was great. A peaceful area close to shops. Comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms are a bonus. Good size property and clean enough for a short stay. Good value for a weekend in London where most of the time is spent outside of the accomodation. The fans in the bedrooms were a massive help during a warm weekend! Self-check-in was easy and smooth and the driveway for parking was great. We would book again for a weekend stay as the accomodation was good value based on size, location and most facilities.

The TV cannot be used unles you have a Sky Glass account. This resulted in us purchasing a fire TV stick from Argos in order to get some TV/apps. This is rediculous and we feel that having a TV that works is essential. And if not, this should be being stated clearly by the hosts. When we raised this with the host via the messaging service, we had no response. Certain areas are looking worn and damp. A few items don't work as they should e.g. wardrobe doors. The shower in the main bathroom is not very good. Couldn't find any spare bin bags and the main bin outside was already full on arrival.

It was nice and quiet, kitchen was big and lovely vying areas were big , property was very clean it was nice to have 2 bathrooms so we had our own spaces , it was a short walk to the bus stops . We did have a great stay and was happy with the accommodation . Everything was great and would stay there again

Only bad bits about the property we couldn’t use the tv unless your with sky glass it is useless it would of been better if there was a smart tv so that there was just basic channels and could of been able to connect to you tube and Netflix would of been better . The smoke alarm was annoying as it was beeping the whole time we were there , the main bathroom had a bit of damp but still clean so wasn’t an issue and the garden could of done with a bit of a tidy up , but wasn’t an issue as didn’t use it but outside bins were full but other than that everything was great and would stay there again

The apartment is located in a London suburb and can easily be reached by train or bus. It's in a quiet neighborhood. The checkin and checkout were easy. The apartment had enough space for three people (and potentially more, but there were only three chairs in the kitchen...) and was well equipped. Wifi was good.

The apartment clearly needs some maintenance. One window in the master bedroom didn't close properly, so it was cold at night and it also means you need to heat more. The second bedroom wasn't well insulated and also needed to be heated in April still. One of the reading lights in the master bedroom and the microwave couldn't be made to work. And the smoke detector in the hallway was low on power and was constantly beeping... the hosts didn't reply to my message about replacing the battery. The TV remote was super wonky and the wooden wall in the garden had broken down. It's sad, because the property itself is lovely and the apartment is well furnished - but without maintenance, I can't really recommend it. Also please be aware that the bathroom connected to the master bedroom doesn't have a window, but instead some glass tiles that overlook the hallway - if the light is on, you might see people using the toilet or shower.
