Brilliant location (although hard to find initially due to the entrances and labyrinth of corridors). Comfortable bed, but a larger one would have been better). Nice living area with sofa and TV. Good facilities including the shower. Very large room. Good comms from the owner. Power sockets near the bed. Tea and coffee provided.

The building in which the room is located is quite difficult to navigate. We only had one towel. We asked for another but it never turned up. The flooring has gaps which need addressing. The shower screen allows water to leak onto the floor.

Spacious and better in person. Has a sofa and a nice layout. Good instructions on checking in and how to get to the apartment building and once inside too.

Location, great apartment.

Confusing to find apartment upon arrival but that's it.

I liked the location, very close to the Arena where I was going to see a show. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the apartment was easily accessible by public transportation. I loved the complimentary bottle of Italian wine provided to welcome guests.

I had some trouble getting into the building's main door, but it was quickly resolved.

Concierge guy was brilliant re stuck door. Really helpful
