"Just not acceptable!"

Excellent location, large apartment.

Neither the toilet or bath had been cleaned. Urine from last guest still visible on toilet seat and basin, the bath had tidemark and not cleaned. Ironically cleaning products were left for us …so we could spend 30 mins cleaning/bleaching. The dirty toilet/bath Made us paranoid, so we wondered if the bed sheets/pillow cases had been changed! Also only 1 bath towel for 2 guests.

Apartment was close to the utilia arena and city centre. Clean, modern apartment with comportable bed. Good communication from owner with clear instructions on how to find it.

Even with windows closed it was a bit noisy due to busy traffic. Also, WiFi network didn't appear to work, or connect to TV (even double checked router was turned on).
