The Astor - All Suites Hotel Candolim Goa

Property is good no doubt, staffs are well behaved and well maintained. The problem is in thr buffets system. Whatever is thr in ready u can have it only, if u order something else then u need to wait for like 30-40 mins n after that u also u won’t get what u ordered. N if u raise a complain to their head of staff they are like ek kan se suno aur dusre se nikal do. Recommend if u booking this property then do book it without breakfast n had ur bf somewhere else in the city.

While check in they gave me room very SMELLY, dark, not a single window. I book Room with garden view. They just posted AI pictures on there site. All false about room and hotel

Location is awkward for getting to the beach and the best restaurants.

As soon as we entered the hotel upon checkin,we Felt like we were at home,the checkin was so Professional and fast,they made us sit down and Had given us welcome drinks upon arrival which Was much needed after a long drive. The suite we stayed in was so beautifully decorated To a very high standard.we had the pool view suite Which was so beautiful with a swing chair on the balcony. We were so impressed with all the staff as they had actually made our stay so memorable.they all had Treated us like one of thier own family. When we had asked them about the chefs table Experience,Uzma sat with us and went through the Whole experience and asked us what we had liked And our memories of our favourite foods. When we had got downstairs to experience the chef’s table we were shocked they had gone out of thier way to create a beautiful table setting with all our pictures as it was our anniversary.thankyou to all the team for that special evening.we will never Forget that experience.the live entertainment is So beautiful and the bar staff were so so nice. For breakfast the team would come up to us to explain the al a crate menu as well as the buffet Aswell which was so professional. The bottom line is Astor suites have nailed it On the head in terms of how actually a customer experience should be,I would even go out if the way saying the service is not 5 star but 7 star. Thankyou Aster and we will definetly book our Next trip with you in December.

We had a wonderful stay at The Astor in Goa! The manager was incredibly kind and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. He went out of his way to make our trip special—arranging extra car rides to the nearest beach and even treating us to special chai and drinks. The hospitality truly stood out. The staff served food with so much warmth and care, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The overall service was excellent, and the environment of the hotel was calm, beautiful, and very enjoyable. We honestly wished we could have stayed an extra night! Highly recommend The Astor to anyone visiting Goa—such a memorable experience.
