GBThis is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. From the first moment , the staff ate so helpful and always have smilies on. From the receptionist to the security staff to the resturant staff to the pool guys, always welcoming and make you feel right at home. This is a luxury 5* experience. The suite rooms are very big and very clean. The snack basket as well as the complimentary drinks are much of a delight. The breakfast at the resturant is top notch. The high tea was also quite good but limited options.Everyone works really hard to make your stay as relaxing as possible. The pool is lovely and clean. I cant not wait to book this hotel again. Only issue is taxis are hard to come by. Goa miles is their taxi app but it very rare anyone will pick up your request. If you want a calm , bespoke experience book this hotel. Special thanks to Paresh and sachin in the resturant, you made my stay with kids very enjoyable.

Location not the best and not enough beds around the pool Free shuttle to the beach was good but it was the one end of the beach they take you to not the centre.

INFood, Staff, service, cleanliness were all very good. Mr Paresh really took good care of us. Ravi gave us Archery tips. The pool is small and neat. Water quality was very good.
Its difficult to locate this hotel even through maps. The place where The Astor board is placed on the beach road doesnt really take us there because of the road work. One has to come till Mikey's place and take the left just before and follow it till a dead end that turns left and leads to the hotel.
AUBreakfast was really yum, great variety of food. Staff were very helpful and quick to respond to every request I had. The beach shuttle was a great perk and the pool and spa was excellent. Our room was so luxe and kept clean every day. We loved our stay!
